Associate, Employee Experience

The Employee Experience Team at Cactus Communications is looking for a bright and enterprising new member to help deliver the best experience for employees across the organization. As an Associate, Employee Experience, you will be at the heart of planning, communicating, and executing engaging virtual initiatives that will improve our overall Employee Experience. You will have the opportunity to design and develop campaigns for various programs and events, as well as the freedom to come up with fresh ideas by following the latest developments and leveraging trends on Social Media platforms.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist the Employee Experience Team with planning and executing programs and events as per the monthly calendar
- Design promotional campaigns for new initiatives
- Manage daily operations
- Vendor management
Qualification & Requirements:
- Excellent written and spoken communication
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of social media platforms
- Desire to learn new things on the job
- Experience with planning and organizing events and programs
