Assistant Revenue Manager, Customer Success (Kolabtree)

The Opportunity:

We are looking for someone with fantastic people skills and project management capabilities to join Kolabtree’s Customer Success team. As an assistant revenue manager, you will be the key contributor driving strategy and operations to increase revenue earned on the platform.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Implement revenue management strategies in order to maximize and optimize revenue
  • Manage SLA-based processes to resolve disputes in a timely manner
  • Manage disputes between users with diplomacy and finesse, and ensure that both parties reach an amicable solution  
  • Get on the phone to talk with users and diffuse sensitive situations
  • Analyze and track disputed projects and drive long-term solutions to reduce disputes  
  • Forecast revenue performance and take corrective measures when needed  
  • Help users drive their projects to completion
  • Track projects that appear to be going dead because there’s no user activity and re[1]activate them
  • Drive long-term measures to increase revenue per client

 

Qualification & Requirements:

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in client facing role  
  • 2+ years of experience directly handling business customers in the US and/or UK/EU via phone and email  
  • Must be able to demonstrate experience in dealing with customers in delicate situations  
  • Experience in building relationships with customers  
  • Experience with independent decision making to resolve customer issues
  • Experience with managing revenue performance a plus
  • Cross-selling or upselling experience a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
